Student Services
Post Pick-up - Move Out
We distribute all the essentials for moving out (boxes, tape, bubble wrap). Students pack up their belongings, lock up and go home. We coordinate key access to the dorms and contractually move everything once campus is vacant. *Late departures are handled on an appointment basis.
Pre-delivery - Move In
Student belongings are delivered in the days leading up to student arrivals. This creates the ultimate level of convenience for students and reduces the volume of moving taking place during student move in day. *Early arrivals are handled on an appointment basis.
Standard Pick Up & Delivery
Students schedule pick up and drop off times based on their availability to meet one of our representatives. Moving appointments can be viewed on a live queue, so students know approximately when we will be arriving.
Ship to School
Over the summer, boxes, tape and prepaid shipping labels are mailed to students. Anything they want to pack and ship back to us along with anything they want to order online is received and stored. All items are then pre-delivered, ready and waiting for students when they arrive on campus.
University Services
Emergency Moving
Medical leave, mid-semester departure, transition housing, abandoned property-often a university is tasked with packing, storing and even shipping student belongings in the above situations. We will handle all of this for the university either at cost or bill students directly. Ultimately, we help take your staff out of the storage and moving game.
Moving
Have a staff member transferring offices? Replacing all of your beds on campus? From one-off moves to large scale year plus long projects we can handle it all. Thanks to our partnership with SIRVA you can have an in-person estimate from a local partner as quickly as you are ready.
Storage
Doing renovations on a building? This may require storage of over a thousand student desks. We have access to over two million square feet of storage space across the country. You name it, we can store it!
Shipping
Have a sports team coach transferring schools? We can provide the boxes, packing supplies and an estimate of how much it will cost to get their game worn jersey and their king sized mattress to their new home.

Our national partnership with SIRVA gives us access to over 800 locations nationwide. We have access to storage within five to forty minutes of most campuses in the country.

With the help of your dedicated customer success representative, you will be guided through how to decrease congestion on move-in day, reduce package volume sent to the mailroom and direct all inbound requests back to Storage Scholars.
