Yes. Everything is stored in a secure, climate-controlled facility. Your items are inventoried at pickup and tracked through your online portal. Insurance coverage up to $100 per item is included, with additional coverage available.
We schedule complimentary pickup dates during your school's finals week. You choose the time slot that works best. Need a different date? Non-scheduled pickups are available for a $300 premium move fee.

For traditional pickup, you'll meet our movers at your room. At schools with Key Access partnerships, our movers can enter on-campus housing and pick up or deliver without you being there.
