After exams, your school provides our student team access to your room, so we can transport and store your items in a local, secure, and climate-controlled facility.
Your belongings will be delivered to your new room on campus the week before classes start or we’ll deliver off campus on your preferred date.

We charge per item, per month and the cost of each item will depend on its size classification. All items will fall into one of the following pricing tiers:
- Small
- Medium
- Large
- Extra Large
- Extra Extra Large
Please visit your school's page to see what tiers the most commonly stored items fall into and the price of each tier. All items will be charged for a minimum of 4 months. If you would like an estimate of your total cost, please use our helpful pricing calculator located on our pricing page or reach out to our customer service team.
You can find the complimentary pick-up and delivery dates by going to your school's webpage at storagescholars.com. Pick-up dates are chosen in accordance with your campus’s final exam week. Delivery dates are chosen in accordance with your campus’s designated move-in week.
Nope! You can store for as long or as short a time period as you would like and you can book your pick-up and delivery on our convenient customer portal online. If you store less than 4 months, you will still be charged for the 4 month minimum term, however, your items can be delivered at any time! If you are studying abroad, we can store your items until your return and you will pay month over month after your initial 4 month term. We have complimentary moving dates at the start and end of each semester to accommodate students leaving or returning from studying abroad.
Yes! We can pick-up your boxes and store them for the summer and can then ship all of them to your new institution when you transfer. Please be aware we can only ship boxes!
